The Alameda Point mixed-use project is a transit-oriented development located on the site of the former Naval Air Station in Alameda, California, US.

The City Council of Alameda and Alameda Point Partners (APP) are jointly developing the transit-oriented project in two parts, namely Site A and Site B, with a total estimated investment of $1bn.

APP is a joint venture led by Trammell Crow Residential and comprises srmERNST Development, Thompson Dorfman Urban residential development, Madison Marquette, Cypress Equity Investments, and Eden Housing.

The development plan of Site A requiring an investment of approximately $500m was approved in June 2015, and the ground-breaking ceremony was conducted in May 2018.

The project is anticipated to create approximately 2,500 direct construction jobs.
