The city is set to renew leases with two long-term tenants at Alameda Point. American Bus Repair (ABR) works in Building 24 on Monarch Street. ABR has been a tenant at the Point since the Navy left in 1997.

Delphi Productions Inc. occupies more than 100,000 square feet in Building 39 on West Tower Ave. Delphi began its operations at the Point in 1998. ABR occupies approximately 15,000 square feet in Building 24's Bay 3 on Monarch Street.

The bus repair and restoration company is set to sign a two-year lease at $6,432 a month for the first year and $6,625 a month for the second year.

Delphi, which provides furnishings for trade shows events, museums and retail environments, plans to sign a five-year lease. The lease payment will start at $41,492 a year for the first year and increase incrementally over the life of the lease to $46,699 a year in year five.
