The Alameda League will present a Pros and Cons Forum on Measure B, the Alameda Point Redevelopment Initiative appearing on the February 2, 2010 ballot. The date will be Thursday, January 7, 7:30 p.m., and the place the Alameda Main Library, 1550 Oak Street. Pat Keliher of Suncal will be speaking for the Measure, and Dave Needle of Protect the Point in opposition. The forum will be moderated by Helen Hutchinson, former President of the Oakland League and currently Government Director on the State Board.

The public is invited to come to hear both sides, ask questions, and get the information needed to make an informed decision on a matter which will affect Alamedans for generations to come.
