Consider sending a letter to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) urging a commitment to a firm timeline of action for their proposed health facility and national cemetery.

With new development and adaptive reuse well underway and negotiations underway with the East Bay Regional Park District to construct a 150-acre park on the Northwest Territories next to the VA project, the issue of timely project completion is of high importance to our city and the region’s veterans. A draft letter is attached for consideration.
