The proposed shoreline ecological park is on the west side of the Seaplane Lagoon. It is highlighted in the 2019 Climate Action and Resiliency Plan (CARP) as an adaptation measure for "Increasing Resiliency for Shoreline, Natural, and Recreation Areas.”
