The ARRA is requesting a time extension to the Master Interim Use Permit (MUP) for Alameda Point to add an additional ten (10) years to the existing Use Permit. The proposed extension is necessary to allow existing businesses at Alameda Point to continue operations under their current leases and to allow the ARRA to enter into new leases with new businesses in the specific buildings included in the Master Use Permit. The extension does not change individual business lease terms, nor does it change any of the existing terms, limitations, or conditions within the Master Use Permit.
