With the dissolution of redevelopment agencies, the city adopts a resolution accepting the Alameda Reuse and Redevelopment Authority’s Assignment of its rights, assets, obligations, responsibilities, duties and contracts, including the Economic Development Conveyance Agreement and Lease in Furtherance of Conveyance.
