At its last meeting the city council voted to put SunCal's initiative on the Feb. 2, 2010, ballot. City Clerk Laura Weisiger has taken the matter one step closer to reality by posting a notice to Alameda voters that this coming Monday, Nov. 16, is the last date to submit arguments for or against the initiative.
