On January 15, 2010, SunCal submitted an Optional Entitlement Application as permitted by the ENAExclusive Negotiating Agreement. The City has reviewed this Application for compliance with the ENA, as well as the City’s Charter and existing municipal code, and issued SunCal a Notice of Default as of February 5, 2010. SunCal has 30 days under the ENA to cure such default.
