City adopts second Alameda Point Improvement Plan

FIVE-YEAR IMPLEMENTATION PLAN: Fiscal Years 2005/06 – 2009/10 ALAMEDA POINT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT - The Implementation Plan for the Alameda Point Improvement Project (APIPAlameda Point Improvement Project, name for the Alameda Point redevelopment area) Area outlines on-going efforts in economic and housing redevelopment and refers to applicable policy documents in place, such as the General Plan and the Preliminary Development Concept. Redevelopment efforts from 2003 to 2005 were limited to maintaining the status quo at Alameda Point.
