Candidate Mitchell endorses the SunCal/Argent Management fraudulent campaign tactic

City Council candidate Jeff Mitchell expresses what developer had hoped to accomplish when candidates cashed a check from a bogus return address, and under SunCal's new name of Argent Management. Jeff Mitchell previously worked for the developer's public relations firm, Sam Singer & Assoc.
