Dow Jones Daily Bankruptcy Review: Lehman Blasts SunCal Over Bankruptcy Court 'Gamesmanship', October 20, 2010

Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. criticized SunCal Cos. for what it calls its former business partner's courtroom "gamesmanship" with respect to the developers recent bid to "level the playing field" between their rival plans to bring 20 real-estate developments out of bankruptcy protection in California.
Lehman, in papers filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Santa Ana, Calif., took issue with SunCal's tactics, decrying as legal gamesmanship the land developer's attempt to pit bankruptcy courts in California and New York against each other.
