The City is one step closer to finalizing plans for Alameda Point's Waterfront Town Center area. This area will become the heart of Alameda Point with retail and visitor uses, waterfront promenades, and transit-oriented multi-family housing.

The Planning Board will hold a public hearing to discuss the draft Plan on April 28, 2014 at 7:00 PM on the 3rd floor of City Hall and City staff is assembling written comments on the draft Plan through May 15th.
